Your information is shared only with Branch & Vine employees who need access to it in order to perform their job responsibilities and communicate with parents regarding the care and safety of children.

We may use trusted third-party service providers, such as our childcare management software, to securely facilitate enrollment, parent communication, billing, and daily childcare operations. These providers are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality of your information and may use it only to provide services on our behalf.

Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Text Messaging Program

Branch & Vine Childcare & Preschool may send text messages to parents and guardians for childcare-related communication.

Text messages may include:

  • Childcare updates

  • Arrival or pickup notifications

  • Health or illness notifications

  • Emergency communications

  • Schedule changes or urgent announcements

  • Responses to parent questions

We do not use text messaging for promotional or marketing purposes.

Message frequency will vary depending on your child's attendance and communication needs. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by notifying the center or replying STOP to a text message, although opting out may limit our ability to communicate important childcare information.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (616) 420-2544.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at gwen@branchandvinechildcare.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
